- The small round opening of the filter should be facing UPWARDS.
- If you are experiencing difficulty in sucking water out of the straw, it may be due to an incorrect installation of the filter.
- Please refer to the icon on the filter cover for the correct orientation.
If you find it hard to suck the water out, please do the following troubleshooting:
- Check whether the new filter has been rinsed. If not, please rinse the filter before use.
- Check whether the filter is installed upside down. Please follow the instructions to reinstall the filter properly.
- Check whether there is too little water in the bottle. If yes, please add enough water.
- Check whether the straw is not installed properly or damaged. If yes, please reinstall the straw.
- If the mouthpiece is disassembled for rinsing and cleaning, check whether the mouthpiece is reinstalled properly. Please reinstall the mouthpiece in place properly.
Can I use hot water in this bottle?
- The Philips GoZero Everyday water filter bottle can only be filled with municipally treated ambient tap water (5℃ to 38℃/41F to 100F). If the water temperature is out of the advised temperature range, the filtration performance will be affected.
How can I clean the mouthpiece?
- It is recommended to clean the Everyday Bottle every day. If it gets mold on the mouthpiece, you can brush it with mild detergent and a bottle brush.

This water bottle is heavier than others I've had. It seems to filter the water really well but the suction makes it hard to get a good amount of water in each sip which can be annoying. The ease of mind while traveling that you have clean water is really nice if you can look past the hard to sip from nozzle

This water bottle was a great design and seemed well made. I really liked the concept of having its own filter because then I can take it with me anywhere and drink tap water which otherwise I don't usually like the taste of. This was easy to put together when I got it. Kept the water nice and cold when I tried it out.

Filtered water is 100%. I wanted filtered water but forgot that I could not use FLAVORED water in this. So, that being said, the filter filtered out the strong flavor I had added into the water. So it works 100% as it is supposed to work. I am impressed that it actually filtered out all the flavor and just gave me clean water. Impressive.

I like the size and weight of this cup. It should be advertised in the baby/child section because it is leakproof. When the filter is in, a person needs to suck to get liquid out, so it's ideal for a parent trying to wean a child from the bottle to a cup. They will like it because it resembles what mom or dad has and is safe and spillproof as long as you use the filter that comes with it. I'm using mine to filter hotel water so I don't have to buy bottled water for my short stay. I like the button to open the top. It is very well made and reasonably priced. It's not Grayl, so if you're looking for pure-tasting water, you will be disappointed, but it is excellent for a bottled water alternative that is quick and easy to use and drink from.

I got this as a replacement for my Brita Filtered water bottle and I love it. The water tastes better than before (even though I pour it from a water filtering jug) and it filteres whilst keeping a better flow rate than my old Brita filters.

The quality of the water through the filter has been no issue. It keeps my water cold and fresh. I drink a lot of water, and hated that I was going through so many plastic water bottles. This bottle has helped me eliminate a lot of my waste. There have been zero leaks so far, and the filter is very easily to "assemble" into the water bottle. Out of other brands, I do prefer the "structure" of this water bottle.I would give this 5 stars, but my only complaint is I do not feel that the external shell is extremely durable for being stainless steel. I had my bottle for nearly 3 weeks when I took it to the creek. It was dropped on some rocks which punctured the external shell leading to the thermal layer and had a nice dent in another area. Due to that thermal layer being exposed, it is not safe to use after that so I had to reorder a new one (yes a thermal test was completed to ensure it just was not a deep dent). Obviously the fall/drop was my accidental doing, but was just a little disappointment with how easily it broke as I just expected it to be dented like the other spot. I will say though, the inside of the cup and lid was not damaged in any form or fashion. I have reordered a new bottle, and will be keeping this one away from rocks if all possible.

Bought this for myself as the water in my office tastes pretty bad, overly chlorinated. It makes the water taste neutral and keeps the water cold. The only downside is how small the opening is, can sometimes be difficult getting Ice in there.Recently the bottle lid wouldn’t stay closed. There was no damage to the lid but it the catch wouldn’t engage. I sent an email to Philips support and after some communication, me sending a video and proof of purchase, the fantastic service person, Sylvia, arranged for me to get a replacement lid.I actually got an extra one in the mail a few days later so am now coordinating to return that one as I assume it was a shipping error to send me two instead of one.
