I was pleased to find a timer with an outlet on the left side (which I needed for my application). But I should have read the 1-star reviews... sadly this timer stopped working in about 1 month.

For my old eyes, it was hard to make out where the time was to be set. Worked well until it stopped. I now have a wifi switch that has automatic on at sundown and off at a preset time. Much better for my living room lamp.

I highly recommend this product. We used it to put our Xmas tree and lights on a daily schedule and this works great. You only have to set the timer once and it will work day after day. Easy!!

As expected - excellent valueTook me a second to figure out, but it became very easy to use once I skimmed over at the instructions. Seems accurate and timer is turning on and off a growth light daily at the correct times.

So easy to set by raising and dropping the pins so you can have it go on and off any number of times a day if needed. The top says which way to set the pins which is helpful because I forget easily. I love not having to go around turning on and off the same lamps every evening!I like that it has two outlets, (one out of each side), so it could potentially be used for two lamps or a lamp and fan or entire power strip, for example.Happy this timer comes in a 2-prong polarized plug because the outlet I needed it for is only 2-prong. It keeps time well and works great, but...It is noisy. I bought this one over the GE that looks exactly the same but cheaper because reviewers said this one is silent and the other is noisy, but it's not true. They are exactly the same and I should have bought the cheaper one.It makes a constant gear kind-of noise, not a tick. If I needed it for a room in which I spend most time, I would have returned it, but it's in a room I hardly use so kept it. The cats don't seem to mind it.

I used this to plug in grow lights for seedlings. For me it’s totally worth the price! It did the job. It’s easy to set. It turned on and off my lights based on how I set it. It made a buzz when it turned off and was otherwise silent. It allowed me to sleep rather than get up early or go to sleep late to turn on or off the lights.
