It takes awhile to make all the adjustments, but once done it fits like a dream. The most comfortable helmet I've ever worn by orders of magnitude

Great comfort and hearing protection. Good vision. Many pieces are easily replaceable meaning you often find the ear protectors on the ground and the sweat band hanging in your eyes. Fortunately, these are easy to put back in. Kids gave me $60 to buy this helmet. Thanks for the down payment.

Helmet is light weight, comfortable and easy to the adjust. The padding on the built in earmuffs is also comfortable and the earmuffs are easily to slide up into the helmet when not needed. The mesh face mask has good visibility and slides up and completely out of the way when you don't need to have it down to protect your face. Bif plus it does not get unbearably hot - the vent holes provide good airflow

This is the best, most comfortable, easiest to use helmet I've owned. Fits great, very comfortable, I love it. A little expensive but I don't feel like I'll need to buy another one for a very long time. This helmet beats all the cheep knock off saw helmets.

I have been using the typical orange helmets for years. They often fall apart and leave you with limited protection in the field. Then I gave up and just used a climbing helmet with ear muffs for a while, but I really missed the screen eye protection. I'm not particularly fastidious with my gear and it tends to get tossed around the back of a truck, etc. This helmet has been amazing. I love that the earmuffs pivot back to be out of the way when not in use. Everything about it is extremely well thought out and seems robust. I love that components are replaceable if I do break anything, but so far this has taken a beating with no indication of damage. I highly recommend this helmet and expect it to be a savings over time as it will last years longer than the competitors I have tried.

I was really on the fence for weeks to buy this Protos helmet since a reviewer said his size 7-3/4 head was too large with the tightening latch set. Due to the multiple adjustments provided, I was able to adjust all adjustments to maximum size and it fits perfectly with the chin and back tightening latch closed. (I had to watch a TreeStuff.com YouTube to understand the adjustment settings, which made this work for me.) I am around a size 7-5/8 to 7-3/4 hat size, but closer to 7-3/4 according to all my hats I’ve purchased.This helmet is superior to all helmets on the market thanks to the safety and fitting features. The comfort is awesome, very light in weight with more innovative features than any other helmet. It’s very streamlined and light compared to my Husky helmet. The protection from impact is far superior too.The retracting hearing protection cannot be found on any other helmet. I mostly use it for recreation tree climbing along with gas powered chainsaw use in the trees.Well worth the money, it was engineered and I believe manufactured in Germany. No junk here!You will pay a lot for this one, but it’s the safest and best. The closest competitors will cost similar after you add the hearing protection and visor (which is awesome) this helmet already has. I expected the best due to the price, and found I got more than what payed. I’ll buy again if it’s lost or stolen. Five stars in all categories for this one!

Si vous ne faites pas de l’élagage aérien avec des positions acrobatiques, il n’est pas obligatoire de disposer de la jugulaire et de ce fait pouvoir disposer de cet article à moindre coût. (dans le cas contraire, je vous la recommande !) En effet indépendamment du réglage de la sangle, le clapet situé au niveau de la nuque permet un serrage confortable de façon à ce que le casque se maintienne de façon optimale au niveau de la tête.

Durchweg ein super Helm mit sehr hohem Tragekomfort und sehr guter Verarbeitung. Wer für lange und häufige Waldeinsätze gerüstet sein will ist mit diesem Helm sehr gut beraten.Lediglich der Preis der mit über 200 Euro zu Buche schlägt, bleibt zu bemängeln.Aber Qualität kostet eben. So wars schon immer.

Perfectly adjustable, comfortable chin strap, see-thru eye protection, retractable hearing protection, and VENTILATION! Wearing this helmet not only makes me safer, it makes me feel like a super hero. Well worth the money for both felling trees and using the chipper.
