It fit snugly inside the rubber tube and clipped on tightly. One diverter was on the first position to save the most water and the other one was put on the 2nd position.One toilet saves me a half gallon a flush, and the other one saves me at least a gallon a flush. The time to fill the tank is much faster as well.

This works good for putting the right amount of water down the pipe but keep in mind that more water is going to flow from the tip furthest down the line. Be sure to look at how much water flows out of each nozzle before positioning it.

The holes need to be a little bigger to allow for reliable throughput. As it is, you get an unreliable pattern of output from the holes - sometimes water will flow out of a hole and sometimes it won’t, and if you block other holes, that will get water coming out of a hole that had previously not had any. This makes me think that a little bit of scale build up on it would easily clog up the whole thing.

I rebuilt my toilet about a year ago and put one of these in to shorten the tank refill time and save water. It does what it's supposed to. I'll recommend these to friends and family if the subject of toilet efficiency ever comes up in conversation.

Helps by diverting water in to the tank to fill faster. I keep it set in the middle. 2 put water in tank and 2 wash out the bowel. I like it.

These work perfectly at their job. The tank used to take almost 3 minutes to fill; now takes less than a minute, after installing one of these. Great water savings as well. Simple but very effective.

I ordered a 2pack of this item and only 1 came in the package. When I called the product support number they refused to send out the second item. The other issue I have is the diverter fits on 1 toilet tank but not the other older one. So since the company, PF Water Works refuses to send me my second item I’ll just return this one. I’m not sure why Amazon has been having problems with getting orders correct lately but they need to have better quality control because this used to happen rarely and now it’s more common.

I bought this device to use on a couple of older toilets to save water. It fit perfectly on one of them and is working very well. The other toilet has a wider fill hose which didn't fit tightly enough on this device. I can't blame that on this product. At this point, I'm very satisfied that it's working effectively on at least one of the toilets.
