Your cart is empty.The VERTEX VENT helmet is very comfortable, thanks to its six-point textile suspension and CENTERFIT and FLIP&FIT systems, which guarantee that the helmet fits securely on the head. The adjustable-strength chinstrap makes it ideal for both work at height and on the ground. It has ventilation holes with sliding shutters to allow airflow through the helmet. With its potential for integration of a Petzl headlamp, hearing protection, and multiple accessories, it is an entirely modular helmet, thus responding to the specific additional needs of professionals. The high visibility version features a fluorescent outer shell with phosphorescent clips and reflective bands, for optimal visibility of the worker, day or night.

I’ve got 2 no of these helmets for work.One in hi-vi yellow the other in hi-vi orange.Comfortable,secure and the vents help on hot days.

I needed a helmet with ear protection and a face screen for chain sawing. I got a free one with my certification, but I'm a woman with a small head, so the one-size-fits-all-men helmet didn't work well for me. This one would adjust even smaller if I needed it to. The ear protection (separate purchase, but made for this helmet) fits snugly and works. The (separate purchase) face screen was easy to install. I wear eye protection that fits over my glasses, and the helmet sits on them, so I put a thin pad inside to raise it up just enough to keep it off my safety glasses. The combination of helmet, ear protection, and screen was still less expensive than my other option, the Protos. I can wear this all day comfortably.

With the Commercial Construction industry starting to move away from the traditional hard hat, I was skeptical about having to change.This helmet is so very comfortable, lightweight. I really love the Hi Vis aspect.This helmet is amazing!I wish I switched earlier.It sits perfectly centered on your head and wont fall off. You cant shake it off even with out the chin strap.No more cranking the knob in the back of your hard hat to and crushing your skull to keep it from falling off.Its so lightweight its like wearing a ball cap all day.I think it really looks good as well. Not dorky like some of the other brands.If you have to wear a hard hat for a living, and you are changing to these, I HIGHLY recommend this helmet. You will NOT be disappointed!

Had a gen1 Vertex vent, just replaced it as too old - very comfortable helmet - got the 1st to double for chainsaw work & alpine routes, new one is just for the mountains, there are lighter alternatives, but I stuck with this as it's very comfortable & easily adjusts to take a thick balaclava under for winter routes.
