Complete unit, lens, mounting plate, socket and lamp, no screws. It only has one wire (hot). Ground is through the mounting plate. My RV has two wires as the mounting is fiberglass. I slipped the ground wire under the lamp plate. Works great.

This was a replacement lens for our 1994 Bounder motorhome. It was exactly what we needed, so we ordered two more to have on hand as our rig is getting a little older and will need more replacement lenses in the future.
