It's a flimsy nylon or plastic I am not sure what it is. The size is wrong as well.

It was a good investment for my dog, but she is not crazy about it. It fits her tight around the girth of her chest, but she so cute in it along with her rain boots.

2023 in CA. has been some of the worst rain and flood we have seen in years...These little dog "slickers" have been a lifesaver.We put them on and they cover everything from top to bottom It is just like sending my kids to school in a rain jacket...Sturdy, not flimsy...Fit as expected...no more wet dogs on my sofa!!!

My pup doesn’t like wearing anything, so this lightweight rain jacket at least makes her less uncomfortable. Super cute. The hoody and the clear window is a little big for her head though.I like the little loop at the end for her tail so the jacket doesn’t fall to the side when she’s moving.Works so far

I originally bought this because I wanted the hood and it was cheap but not expecting much. Even though I have several other (more expensive) raincoats, I always come back to this one because of how easy it is to throw on and for the see through hood to cover my dog's head if its pouring. Easy to clean, I just throw it into the washer and hang dry via the small loop. Portable because I can stuff the whole thing into the attached pocket. He always gets compliments during walks when he has this on too! Overall, pleasantly surprised by this coat, and would repurchase if I needed a replacement. My dog is ~29lb Min Pin mix/ medium-ish sized dog and I got the Large. It fits nicely without too much excess fabric, doesn't touch the pee area, and since he has a curly tail, it tends to flip over the back of the coat at times (My dog's length is about 19in neck to butt and the Large length is 16in). If you have the collar coming out from the front, it will pull the hood down a little as you walk, but I just pop it back on. I would follow more so neck/chest size as opposed to length.Update 10/2023: After a few machine washes, the blue one did get thinned out, so I repurchased in green and its lasted (sans washing). The green one did have a red logo on it that says "Huskeey." These raincoats do well with light/medium-ish rain, but def will soak thru in heavy rain. I attempted to try out the tail elastic, but with my dogs curly tail, it came off immediately when he squatted to poop. So I just use the elastic to hang up to dry. He still gets amused/bemused compliments from strangers whilst wearing it. Overall, I'm still glad I purchased it.

This raincoat has a clear hood visor so she can see where she is walking. The velcro closures on chest and stomach allow for easy on and off. It folds up into its built in storage pack. The reflective accents make for a safe walk in dark conditions.
