We used these as whelping pads in our kiddie pool whelping pen. The fit well, are absorbent, washed amazingly and did not stain. The back is plasticky/rubbery so they did not slide around a lot which was appreciated. They survived a litter of 7 Siberian husky puppies, so they must be good!

My 14 years young senior Lab was having issues holding her urine. This can happen with older spayed dogs. This product appears thin but it held her urine and never went through to the carpet or flooring. It easily cleans in the washing machine. A tip for those that ise, always add a 1/4 cup of vinegar to the cycle and laundry by itself. I air dried in the dryer and then hung over the door or outside to finish drying. It has a nice non slip coating on the back. Exceptional quality.

Very durable. I got mine 5 years ago and they still work. I use one of them for dishes. They can be washed in any washing machine.

Pretty good products. Absorbs urine very well. I washed one with detergent and afterwards it was not absorbent anymore. So I washed it again with warm water only and it returned to normal. I recommend washing them with mild detergent.

These pads are an excellent choice for a convalescing or elderly pet. I’ve used them for pet rabbits in the litterbox in place of standard litter. I line the litterbox with the pad (folded to fit the box), and put a piece of fleece bedding over it. Urine runs straight through the fleece pad where it’s collected in the Pet Parents pad. The fleece remains dry, so animals won’t get soiled. I don’t generally trust these types of pads to absorb fast enough if they are urinated on directly, but they work great as a second layer, and this particular brand works better than any others I have tried. It is highly absorbent and, in my experience, contains any odor until the box is disassembled. This setup has accidentally lasted up to a week without changing, with no discernible odor or wetness, but that’s the extreme. I rinse them out in the sink before putting into the washing machine, and find they wash up very well. Rinsing first and adding a soak cycle ensures that they are thoroughly cleaned. Rabbits do have a strictly vegan diet, so I wouldn’t expect as good results with cats or dogs, but it’s still a highly effective product.

These work.... period. I tried another garbage Amazon brand recently because I needed a larger size. They were complete trash and not waterproof. The Pet Parents pads work 100%. We've used them a ton, we wash them all the time. I prefer to hang dry, my husband often puts them in the dryer. We've been using the same pads for at least 3+ years. These are worth it.If the dog pees on them, it stays on the pad and doesn't go off the edge unless they're partially peeing on the floor. These pads are legit. They're worth the extra few bucks. We've used these for a lot of things... Setting wet stuff on, my husband got shot in the leg and these pads soaked up all the gross stuff that leaked out as it healed, dog pee and poop obviously. We wash them all the time, I even use a small amount of bleach. They wash up great and hold up. Some of our older ones are starting to fray a bit at the edges of the plastic underside, but they're over 4 years old. They don't hold stains either, everything washes out. Buy these.

These have been a lifesaver for my old lady dog who's been "leaking" and wetting herself in her sleep as she ages. She hates when her blankets are wet/smell and will neurotically lick and lick and lick and lick... so, I was doing laundry all day, every day, round the clock but these are bigger, more absorbent, and practically leak-proof with their non-cloth lining underneath, which has been such a huge improvement and relief compared to the regular blankets and towels we'd been making do with and constantly washing/drying... These wash great in the washing machine and dry super fast in the dryer and have been such a game changer that within about a week or two or receiving the first set I ordered, I went ahead and ordered a second set in the next size up, and boy am I glad I did! Absolutely worth the money for the comfort and relief my poor old girl gets from these being added to her rotation of blankets that she loves to paw at and mound up into the perfect bed/nest! I toss a clean one of these on top her blanket-nest and then just try to keep an eye on it throughout the day and I can usually snag the wet one and from on top of her blankets and toss a clean/dry one right back on top and her blankets (and my chair, and my rug) aren't getting wet/needing washed/cleaned multiple times a day anymore!!Seriously, if you're on the fence, don't be anymore! Do it! Get these! I promise you won't regret it! The benefits far out weigh the cost of these pads... the time, and money, and energy, and stress relief have been aaah-mazing! And truly, above all else, I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again because of how much better and more relaxed and comfortable my old lady doggo has been since I got them for her!!!
