I got this as a hold for feeder mice, this is a very small cage. I don't know if the water bottle works the first mouse didn't seem to use it so I just use the food dish. The food dish "hooks" into the corner of the plastic tray. I never used the wheel, so idk... It works great for what I got it for.

I use it to put wild mice I catch in until I get the time to go release them, they chewed a hole through the plastic and escaped

I got this to house my hamster while I was cleaning his big cage. This is not big enough to keep an animal in all the time. As I said it's good to transport your pet to the vet or put your pet in here while cleaning his big cage.

I bought this as a temporary/emergency enclosure for a small feeder mouse I saved on impulse. Although the cage itself is secure, the wheel doesn't stay put, the water bottle doesnt stay on its holder..... Plus it really is that small of a travel carrier. My mouse is unhappy and so am i but thankfully I'm upgrading him to a large enclosure within the next week or so.

it gets here and it's not even comfortable for ONE mouse. It's so small after you put a little bit of bedding in the wheel won't even spin anymore. The water bottle thing that came with it I can't use as it's just a glass tube you put into a little water jug, the water constantly runs out of it, which is not helping anyone. Soaking the bedding and leaving them without water. Not worth it even for 16 dollars.

It's a good deal for as a travel carrier for a mouse or dwarf hamster. It's sturdy and comes with a water bottle, wheel and food dish so your pet doesn't have to go without anything. It's awesome for bringing your pet home from adoption, going to the vet, or for cleaning out their cage. I wouldn't recommend it for a Syrian hamster. It is very small, they probably would barley fit inside and be very stressed.Note that this is meant to be a travel carrier only. Hamsters need at least 450 square inches for their living enclosure and this comes nowhere near that. Use this for it's appropriate purpose, don't try to be cheap and make it a full-time cage. Your pet will end up stressed, develop poor health and die early if they do not have an appropriate enclosure.
