I know that this Pet Fit For Life Heartbeat Plush Cat Toy is for cats, but when I saw this, I thought it would be great for my Granddaughter too. It's a cute Cat Stuffed Animal that has cape on its back. The underbelly has a velcro pocket that has a heating or cooling pad and a plastic heart, that feels like a heartbeat and is rechargeable. This Cat has some weight to it, which makes it all the better. It's so very soft to touch and to snuggle. Seems durable and well made, that's why I thought it would be great for my Granddaughter.My Granddaughter has been have restless sleeping, so I thought maybe a bed buddy would help, and she loves cats, so I thought this would be perfect for her. You can just warm up the little heat/cool pack and put it inside, and even the heart too. I told my Granddaughter this was a Super Kitty with his Cape to keep her safe and protected and nothing can bother her as long as he's with her. She loves it. Doesn't sleep without it now. Now when she feels scared or worried she can grab her Super Kitty and he will protect her and make things better. I am very satisfied with this stuff animal, goes to show that what you see doesn't have to be for what it's made for. Sure has helped my Granddaughter feel safe and calm.Definitely worth the price. Haven't seen anything like this in stores, but they again, I wasn't looking in the animal section. I know this is great for anyone, not just animals. Highly Highly Recommend It. Would even make a wonderful gift for someone special.PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION.

This is actually a great product. It great for the winter because I can heat the filling and have a warm toasty plush for my pets to lean on when they nap. Probably good for their joints as well. The heart beat mechanic is okay depending on your pet. My dog doesnt seem to love it. I think she finds the sound and vibration a little annoying. She has seperation anxiety so I thought it would help. The vibration and sound is somewhat loud. It might be a little much for her. However my cat seems to like it. She chooses to sleep near it. I would get it for the reusable heatable filling alone though. You can also not use the beating heart. The only con and I wish they changed is the option to remove the little blanket attached to the plush but that is not a real issue.

We received this today, a purchase made for the new kitten coming later this week. I put it out with the heartbeat on to see if our older cats would hang out with it to get their scent on it. Not 5 minutes after I did so, both of them snuggled up with it. It’s a hit with them, for sure, hopefully the kitten will agree!

Heated up the heating bag and the beads are starting to come out, haven't had this thing for a week yet... other than that it's fine, kittens like it but I need the heat for them

So soft and cuddly. Wish it had a type of wireless heating element in it that you could charge and recharge, instead of microwaving the bean bag so often. Also, wish the heartbeat was made to stay on longer.

This little stuffed animal is the best! The heartbeat is soothing and a piece of comfort. My real cat sleeps with me next to my heart all the time and so we are used to each other.I recently went into the hospital and I left the Stuffed kitty at home for my real cat so he would not think he was alone all the time. It seem to have worked out really well. He wasn’t as stressed when I came back home from the hospital as he normally is when we are separated.So I can recommend this stuffed animal with the heartbeat for older cats as others have said it was successful with their younger kitties.
