I would not get this for your pet It must be very old no matter how much moisture it gets it is brittle. Pieces are hard and would not digest my dogs. Been sick all day. And honestly did not have that much of it thank God it’s all coming up.

I get this bone for my dog every Christmas. He carries it everywhere to show it off and i love it! But, he isn’t aware of the length of this bone and is constantly slamming it into walls, furniture, human legs, etc. great dog treat but, have extra wall paint and know there willl be injured shins.

My two 7 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies (weighing 80+ pounds each) are still very much in that “ chewing everything phase”and need something acceptable to chew on, not furniture, woodwork, knobs, etc. They also need something that will last/hold their attention for a longer period of time. This giant rawhide chew is great for keeping them busy working on unrolling it and biting it into smaller pieces. The chew has two knots, one on each end and it’s about 20”-22” in length. They’ve had the chew for approximately two weeks and have just managed to gnaw one knot off of one end. They’ve just pulled the center core out which leaves the main straight length between the knots. The center now is unwrapped but still attached to the second knot on the remaining end of the chew. Basically it’s taken them two weeks to get to this point with the chew. To me, that’s a great success!! I estimate completely finishing off this chew will take 1.5-2 weeks of work for them. It is a good value for the money as it wasn’t demolished in the first couple of days. When I made my purchase, I got two chews as I have two very large, strong puppies. If after another month they’re still chewing like crazy, I will buy a couple more chews. It’s really helped me. Great product for large dogs!

Last longer then others we tried. keeps our rotti entertained and out of trouble she's is finally down to her last prices just wish it was a little thicker. Great deal with gift card they gave I will differently will be buying it again in the future.
