Oh, my gosh, where do I begin? So, as the years go by with my family, our gift-giving has changed from individual gifts to younger nieces & nephews and my siblings. We're all adults now & have decided we don't have to exchange lots of gifts/expensive gifts & can give couple's gifts. This year, I needed a new idea other than gourmet nuts or food treats, and I ran across personalized ornaments. So glad I did! I ordered 4 of them for 4 different husband/wife gifts. It was easy to download photos from social media or phone, and the price is very affordable. They arrived quickly & were so cute! I wrapped them with another little, inexpensive home decor item (like a wooden snowman, stuff like that) & when everybody opened them, they were a big hit!It was very easy to order, quick delivery, very cute, & everybody loved them!I'm very happy with my purchases!

**Personalized Your Photo Ornament - Customized 2D Photo Ornaments, Double-Sided Print****A Thoughtful and Unique Addition to the Christmas Tree**I recently ordered the Personalized Photo Ornament, and it has become one of the most cherished decorations on our Christmas tree this year. This customized 2D ornament, with its double-sided print, adds a personal touch that truly enhances the holiday spirit.**What I Liked:**- **High-Quality Customization**: The quality of the photo print on this ornament is outstanding. Both sides feature a clear, vibrant image that captures all the details perfectly. I was impressed by how true to life the colors were, and the photo looked just as good as it does in a frame. Having the image printed on both sides is a great feature, ensuring the ornament looks beautiful from any angle.- **Personal and Meaningful**: Being able to customize the ornament with a photo makes it a deeply personal and meaningful gift. Whether it’s a family portrait, a picture of a beloved pet, or a special memory, this ornament allows you to commemorate those moments in a way that’s both beautiful and festive. It’s a wonderful way to make your Christmas tree unique and filled with memories.- **Sturdy and Durable**: The ornament is made from durable materials that feel sturdy and long-lasting. It’s not flimsy or fragile, so I’m confident it will hold up well over the years. The quality construction means it will become a recurring part of our Christmas decorations for many holidays to come.- **Perfect Size**: The size of the ornament is just right—large enough to showcase the photo clearly but not so big that it overwhelms the tree. It fits in perfectly with other ornaments and adds a nice balance to the overall decoration. The shape is also traditional and elegant, making it a versatile addition to any style of Christmas tree.- **Easy to Customize and Order**: The customization process was simple and straightforward. Uploading the photo and placing the order took just a few minutes, and the preview feature allowed me to see exactly how the ornament would look before confirming the purchase. The entire process was hassle-free, and the ornament arrived quickly, just in time for the holidays.**What I Didn’t Like:**- **Limited Background Options**: While the photo quality is excellent, the customization options for the background are somewhat limited. It would be nice to have more choices for adding text or selecting different backgrounds to complement the photo. However, the simple design does keep the focus on the photo, which is the main attraction.- **Hanging Ribbon Could Be Improved**: The ornament comes with a ribbon for hanging, which works fine, but it’s a bit basic. A more decorative ribbon or string would enhance the overall look and feel of the ornament. That said, it’s easy to replace the ribbon with something more to your liking if desired.- **Best with High-Resolution Photos**: For the best results, it’s important to use a high-resolution photo. Lower quality images might not turn out as sharp on the ornament. This isn’t a flaw of the product itself, but something to keep in mind when choosing a photo to use. If you select a good quality image, the results will be fantastic.**Bottom Line:**The Personalized Photo Ornament is a beautiful and meaningful addition to any Christmas tree. Its high-quality customization, sturdy construction, and the ability to showcase a special memory make it a standout decoration that will be treasured for years. While there are a few areas for potential improvement, such as more background options and a nicer hanging ribbon, these are minor considerations compared to the overall value and impact of the ornament. It’s a perfect way to personalize your holiday decorations or give as a thoughtful gift to loved ones. I’m incredibly happy with how ours turned out, and it adds a special touch to our holiday season!

After reading countless reviews it became clear to me that the negative ones stemmed largely from user error, a lack of attention to instructions, and/or relying solely on the seller to get your ornament right. The common themes among these negative reviews were that the print was too dark, too small, or not cropped properly (part of a person being cut out weirdly or some random person or object in the background making their way into the ornament.)Your ornament will only print as good as the image you are uploading. If you want a perfect finished product and are minimally savvy with image editing, consider taking these proactive steps before purchasing.1. Crop in advance to take out the guesswork for the seller. The instructions suggest avoiding photos washed out by glare and in my original photo, the light behind us was causing a halo effect. I used the iPhone’s smart cropping tool to cut out all of the people in the background and establish a clear outline around us. The instructions also state avoiding cropped images, but I interpreted that as making sure the subject of your ornament isn’t cut off or obstructed, which was correct. Keep in mind that smart cropping tools will not always yield perfect results. I actually had to add the tiniest part of my left leg (see image) back in that was cropped out. In the end, I believe this played a huge role in making sure the ornament was cut exactly how I wanted it without making me look like an amputee. I should also mention that choosing the correct option for ornament type can be helpful to the seller if you aren’t cropping stuff yourself. ie. choosing “couple” if it’s two people etc.2. Next, I used the iPhone’s native photo editor to “brighten up” the image, as many negative reviews brought up a darker than desired print. I think a lot of people don’t take into consideration that a printed image will never be as bright as on your backlit phone screen. My original photo was already kind of dark, so I prioritized increasing exposure/brilliance, a little more saturation, and augmented contrast/blackpoint/shadows. I also adjusted the warmth/coolness to account for weird tints in the editing process. I played around with the levels for a bit till I got the desired result. Depending on how bright/hi-def your image is, you may not need to do this, but I think it’s worth experimenting with either way.3. Regarding sizing, you need to consider how many people/objects are making the final cut. 1 or 2 people might work for the smaller sized ornaments, but the more people you include will only shrink them to fit the selected size. I opted for the largest size for the two of us but probably could have gone a size down. It’s now the largest ornament on the tree, albeit marginally, so it might draw the most focus from people. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing though and I’m glad I went with the 5” option. Use a ruler to get an idea of what to expect and if you’re worried it will be too small, pay the extra couple bucks and go bigger. My finished product is everything I wanted it to be. Being proactive with my edits to make my image perfect and to make things easier for the seller was the right decision I think. I hope this write-up of my experience is helpful to others.
