Solid wooden walnut gavel and sound block set. This is a fine gavel that displays well. You can customize our message on the band. Includes square soundblock. Please note as a disclaimer, we engrave exactly what is inputted by customers. We will of course offer full refunds on orders where we make errors or if there are any defects with the product. However, we cannot offer returns on custom orders that have typo's or mis-spellings that are inputted on the custom tool by the customer. We also cannot offer returns or refunds on orders where the customer would like to simply return the item as it was not wanted. The personalization allowed for four lines of text. I put the most important info on the first line and it was left off the engraving. If the personalization only allowed 3 lines the seller should have told me and I would have changed what I wanted. But instead they just left off the first line and there is no return and no way to contact them and so I’m out the money. Beware.

The gavel is well made, but it was the customer service that did it for me. I WILL be ordering from here again
