The shipping took longer than I would like. When it was received by USPS delivery, the package had been torn and damaged. The pillow insert only (WHICH WAS NICE WITH A NAME INSCRIPTION--BUT was larger that I had realized. However, the colors were pretty and the pillow seemed of soft material-- it had oil and dirt or something on it which looked like it had been run over. The seller DID respond but didn't have a method that they were willing to ship it in an expedited manner--just USPS again. Unfortunately, the birthday party was too soon and I would not get it in time. They have refunded the $22.UPDATE:::::::: I was able to get the pillow cleaned. BUT BEWARE: The name BRYSEN (6 letters) is printed so large and close to the edge of the pillow opening that you only really see "SEN" easily--the BRY is swallowed up by the pillow opening. I tried a different sized pillow without much success. Perhaps the spacing of the name is just an error on mine. BUT if it is for a gift PLEASE order early and try it on a pillow before waiting to the day of the party (LIKE I DID).
