I ordered this for my nieces baby for Christmas. It shipped quickly and was packaged well. It’s an easy and fun and functional way to teach little ones the letters in their name. The puzzle seems durable. It is smaller than I expected, about a foot long for a 7 letter name, but the pastel color scheme is perfect!

This is not anywhere near the description! Colors are wrong, there are no knobs on the letters. It is only pastel name not the other puzzle pieces as shown.Very small and thin! and of course, the description says no returns or refunds! I should have known better!
