I haave a metal front door so I used stick on little magnets to adhere the plaque. It's very attractive too!

I placed the placard on my plastic mailbox. It was stiff, and would not form to the mailbox. I ended up rolling some packaging tape I had at home. It seems to be holding now. Just don’t expect their adhesive will hold, because it dosent.

I expected the door plate to gave white numbers on a dark background. Instead it has dark red numbers on a brown background. It doesn't show up well on my brown door.

Very nice plate - sturdy, crisp and clear printing. The plate took several weeks to arrive, so if you need it by a certain date, you may want to order a.s.a.p. Oh! It arrived with a verrrrry thin protective plastic cover, so it looked like it was fuzzy. Once the cover is gently removed you see how great it truly is.

I kept having to replace the numbers on my mailbox out by the street. I am not going to rely on the sticky back for this plaque, I am going to drill a couple of holes and bolt it to the mail box. I have one of those greasy feeling plastic mailboxes that don't hold sticky numbers at all. This will be perfect for the mailbox and will match the larger plaque I got for the house numbers a year or so ago. Nice looking as is the one with the house numbers.

Worth the wait I guess with the long delivery. Good quality and seems to be durable so far on the mailbox exposed to the elements.
