I was able to find this product on Amazon with a better delivery date than the actual site, just in time for Christmas. My girlfriend’s mother seems to love it as far as I can tell. The engraving was done well and it seems high quality. Wipe it down when you receive it though.

It is a nice piece to have our for display and it is functional for cooling the wine quickly. I wish it came with a reusable ice sleeve. Luckily I had one from a previous wine cooler.

The chiller itself is barely ok, the personalization is nothing to write home about, but what madenit even worse is that the box with the chiller must have gotten damaged BEFORE the shipping packaging, and yet it passed QC and was sent out anyway. The problem is that this was a gift that I now cannot gift, and also cannot use since it is NOT returnable, and of course it is personalized in someone else's name.

They will use it for wine or champagne, engraving also very nice (and correctly) spelled.
