I really don't know if the product works. Wouldn't spray out and pouring the product out defeated its purpose.

This filter treatment is hard to gauge the benefit of.I applied with a new filter so it's hard to say if I need to attribute the fresher air to the new filter or the treatment. After around a month it's still nice soooo I guess it's good?

I have no way of measuring the efficacy of the product. I can't measure microbe level ahead then after the filter. I have so assume it has some effect. Make sure to read the product directions included in the ad. You have to thoroughly cover the filter media on both side, and redo the application every three months. This is a pretty small bottle. One, maybe two applications? Maybe an ozone generator or electrostatic filter would be more in line with that kind of cleaning.
