Perler beads are a National treasure for parents I tell you! My kids have sat for hours on numerous occasions just making so many Perler bead creations and never seem to get tired of it. They’re an easy craft they can do on their own, even my four year old has no difficulties. You will have to clean some off the floor, you will have to iron them for your kids nonstop when they’re all ready, and you will end up with a million of the little melted creations everywhere! But it’s worth it and my kids love it :)

Mi sobrina de 6 años lo abrió en su fiesta y ya quería sacar todas las piezas para comenzar a jugar, todos los querían abrir allí mismo y armar alguna figura. Son una familia ecológica así que no tienen plancha, por tanto solo falta comprarle a mi sobrina la plancha para que arme figuras y estás ya no se despeguen más. Mientras tanto puede armarlas y desarmarlas. El envío llegó el día prometido. Muchas gracias 👍

Bought this for my 4 year old to have a “quiet time” activity at grandmas. Comes with heaps of beads, of all different colors.Also comes with oversized plastic craft tweezers which helped my little one pick up and position the beads.The only downside is the beads are all jumbled up together, so you have to spend some time separating them in order to make a design. I set out some dixie cups and separated the colors as my son made his designs, and it was actually pretty relaxing and a good opportunity to sit and “chat” with him. It would take a long time to really sort all the beads though.

We recently reviewed this product on our channel, and this was one of Owen's favorite products so far. He loved the artistic/creative element to it. It also keeps children busy for an extended period of time, and it is also great for adults that are looking for a fun, mindless activity to relieve stress.

I bought this for a 6 year old girl. She loved it and work on creating little pets. I was surprised how this kept her interest for so long. There is a great variety of colors and the pictures on the front help her decide what to create. It was a big hit!! I like that you don't need anything else to make the pieces except getting an adult to iron it to finish it off. I will by again for gifts for sure.

I was impressed with the number of beads and options for the price. My only complaint is that this was shipped in the actual box you see and it arrived damaged with one end almost totally open. This was a gift so I was a bit embarrassed giving a damaged box. Wish it would have been mailed in something that would have protected it.

I got a bunch of sets for my girls age 4 and 6 but of all of those this was the definite favorite!! My girls really enjoyed this kit and especially loved copying the patterns on the box. My only tiny complaint is that they should have put those patterns on a paper inside the box. We had to cut the pictures off the box so they could keep them as they like to try and duplicate them. Very cute set though and it had a lot of boards for the price. Definitely recommend if your kids like pearler beads. This would be a great gift for a 4-8 year old.

This is an awesome gift set- it comes in a large box, so it looks substantial and was very exciting for my daughter (4.5 yrs) to receive. She was extra excited when she saw that the pony was big...larger than the typical tray! She also loved the Googley eye stickers. I highly recommend this set!As far as quality- perler beads are awesome. I tried generic one time and they were trash, literally. Perler beads are excellent quality though and the designs hold together well after ironing.

Bought this for my 2 boys, 7 and 4 and they couldn't wait to open it. It keeps them busy for hours and for my 4 year old it was good practice for him handling the tiny beads and placing them on the board. I was happy too because the TV hasn't been on for quite a while and it was also a fun project for me to work on with them. I really like the tool that came with this set too. It's a pair of tweezers on one end and a shovel on the other so it's super helpful in handling the tiny little beads or finding specific colors. Maybe we will eventually get a sorter box to sort the colors. That could be another project.
