Literally did one brake caliper before it broke.

My brake caliper piston was extremely hard to rotate. Also, the piston had a slot running the diameter. The This device was useless. First, a small Allen wrench is required to adjust and lock pin spacing - not supplied with it. Second, the achievable clamping force to hold the pins is inadequate and they simply spread apart in the piston slot when the tool is twisted. Third, a very hard force is required to keep the pins engaged - not achievable by hand for my piston.

This is a great little tool for the money. Easy to use and get's the job done.

The product is perfect for working on those screw type caliper pistons, and the pins are auto adjustable too. It is seemingly made well too, but I only used it once so far. Time will tell I guess, but for now it is perfect.

Seems pretty sturdy and well put-together. It’s easily adjustable so you can use it on multiple cars. I love that it attaches directly to a 3/8” ratchet for both simplicity and faster retraction of the caliper. Very handy tool to have in the box if you work on lots of different cars.

Cheap junk. One of the pins snapped right off using it on the second caliper.

This tool works great. Had issue with finding a wind back bracket to fit the rear caliper piston on a saab 9-3 2006. This adjustable tool did the trick when paired with a brake wind back tool. Attaching to a ratchet to push and turn was cumbersome and too difficult.
