The closing mechanism on this bag is much better than the Velcro bag that came with it. So far so good after a month.

Not user friendly... the black clip that holds the top of the bag closed doesn't. It's difficult to line up the little plastic dots on the bag with the little holes on the clip and then flip the locking portion over the wet dripping bag. It might be a tad easier if the clip was actually attached and not a free falling piece when touched... Any additional movement can pop the clip off and you have to try and align it again... and again.What happened with the Velcro* bag closures that were super strong and easy to open and close... never to be lost? The black clip popped off never to be found between emptying one day to the next rendering the bag useless.The narrow Velcro* which can't be Brand Name on the strip that holds the top oft he bag to the cleaner hose is fraying on the edges.The bag material is thin and any abrasive action rubs holes in it... like the not so smooth surfaces of a pool... hummm...

Don't waste time on after marked bags. I purchased a cheap after market bag and found the inside rubber flap is bent in and obstructed free flow of leaves. My Pentair last about a year. If I get a small tearIn the bag fabric, I use a hot glue gun to repair it and continue to use.

I've bought this bag here on Amazon 3 times so far. The first time I got a genuine bag with the clip close. The second, I got a velcro closure which I returned and bought what I wanted at my local pool store at a higher cost. The third, it was a clip close but just came in a clear plastic bag with a sticker that said 360002 but it was not a genuine Pentair. The bag was thinner than a Pentair and did not last as long as these bags normally do which for me is about an entire season.I was not sure what I was going to receive this time. Happily it was the real McCoy.

I chose this debris bag because of its apparent durability. It is made a little better than the previous bag that I had. The closing at the top is easy to work with, as is the attachment at the bottom end. The only downside, if it is one, is the velcro attachment to the hose. The velcro is easy to use and works very well, but I noticed at times when the pool cleaner is working, that the velcro sometimes slips up and down the hose more, catching on certain parts. This does not allow the bag to expand completely, but it still works when picking up debris. So, it is fine, but I added the attachment to the velcro that I had with the previous bag to prevent the velcro from catching.Again, this product exceeded my expectations and arrived much sooner than expected from time of order on line, to arrival in the mail.I would recommend this product and company for future purchases.

This bag fits the Letro Legend, 4 Wheel, post 1996 pool cleaner perfectly. The pool cleaner is about 10 years old and has been rebuilt once. However, as others have stated, the bag is the weak link and needs replaced every year. It is a good bag though and the snap lock is definitely better than the old velcro. The bag itself gets torn before the snap lock will break, at least from my experience. All in all I would say get this bag if it fits and it is cheaper on Amazon than at my local pool supply shops.
