Bought these for the baking laboratory and the technicians like them. At first, they prefer a good old design plastic scoop but it's no longer made and the price was astronomical (like 2-3 times the previous price) so I picked this and showed it to the team and they said: "will try". And it works out well. No complaints so far.

I have an old ohaus balance (2610 g) that I use to measure glaze materials - purchased used some time ago and always fiddling to counterbalance various containers. This scoop balance is the perfect size and shape for my purposes. After fiddling around again to get a proper counterbalance (53 gms worked for me) using an assortment of washers and a very small carabiner kind of holder, this scoop will replace my previous Rube Goldberg contraptions. Nice scoop and great price.

Fits nicely on digital scale and I can put my large sifter inside it, easy to clean. Pour spout works good for stand mixers
