I purchased this dissector for surgical purposes. It seems to be good quality steel, and it has a nice finish. There were no blemishes, and the instrument is smooth with no rough edges. Delivery was as expected. The instrument looks like it can withstand autoclaving, but I have not personally tested it out. Will have to use it and see how long it will last.
