INSTALLATION
1. Turn off Ignition.
2. Keep your key fob (if applicable) at least 35 ft. (10m) away from your Pacifica. This prevents your car from using power to transmit signals to your proximity key fob sensor.
3. Leave your driver’s door open for 15 minutes to allow your ECU to shut down completely.
4. Locate and disconnect your accelerator pedal assembly plug.
5. Plug in your Pedal Commander in line with your accelerator pedal assembly plug until you hear a “click.”
6. Make sure the cables are tucked in place so they do not interfere with your driving experience.
7. Place and mount the Pedal Commander to your desired location using the velcro and mounting bracket that's included in the box.
IMPORTANT
To avoid receiving check engine lights or other issues, it is important that you follow these instructions properly. Also, please ensure that you hear a “click” sound while connecting the plugs, as this signifies a secure connection.

This worked for about 6 months but then our van started having issues. The van kept intermittently entering "safe mode" where all the dash lights turned on, it beeped a bunch, and wouldn't go out of 1st gear or above 50MPH. Have not had any issues with the van after removing the pedal commander 2 months ago. Going to try and get a refund as this was expensive and it broke our van.

Installed in 2 minutes on my 2020 Pacifica Touring L. So far its working well. Sport -3 seems to be the sweet spot for me in normal driving. Does make the throttle more responsive for sure. Because the throttle responds quicker, down shifts happen faster. Its basically adding the "sport mode" button Chrysler should've done (like my previous Chrysler 300 S had).

Just installed and it’s AWESOME! Major improvements to the drivability.I gave three stars on the cost because at the price, I couldn’t afford to buy a second one for my second car that needs it too. Wish that I could have gotten two because it’s such an improvement.
