Edit: After posting an initial review that the heating pad stopped working, customer service contacted me. They offered to send a replacement at no additional charge. The replacement pad works great.Only lasted a few months then stopped heating. Very disappointed .

Bought it for an outdoor cat. Loves it. Works well. Always on, not too hot. Keeping the feral old cat alive in 19 degree weather. She's set up in an old dog house. All good. Easy to clean.

I wasn't sure how our 9 year old ragdoll cat would take to this heating pad with variable settings. It only took him a few minutes to smell it after I had turned it on level 3 for a few minutes and he settled right in and got comfortable. He is a 15 lb cat so the small pad is a little small, but he seems to like it!

Bought 2 of these for my cats which live in my uninsulated garage. I made make-shift shelters out of their pet carriers and put these inside. They kept them warm thru the recent snow we received in Texas.

I suspected my senior cat was chilly at night because he was laying on me in bed, Olympic level practicing his log rolling skills. Put this in his sleeping chair and he lovesssssss it. I can tell he’s comfortable because now he is sleeping laid out instead of curled tight. It’s just warm enough. Very pleased. Now I can roll around in bed in peace.

Great product, chew proof cord, controlled temperature with a washable cloth cover. Easy to use with comfort of knowing it won’t overheat.

Kevin (my cat) seems to really appreciate this item. He sleeps in a cat house outdoors that is in an unheated shed with a roof and windows. He also has a very cozy cat bed that he completely ignores for some reason but will sleep on anything you put a blanket on. Until we got this, we followed the instructions in the manual and placed under the cozy (to us) cat bed that Kevin never cared for and placed on the bottom level of his house. On a really cold midwestern winter night I went to check in Kevin and he was snuggled up on the cozy bed with the warming pad and looked like he just finished a seven course meal and I interrupted his after dinner nap. He really enjoys this and I can safely recommend.

I bought this for my little rat who needs it to help with her arthritis, as well as keeping her warm on colder nights. The temperature control is really flexible and so is the timer. It can be on constantly with no automatic switch off, or set to various timer settings, so she can have it on all night without me worrying about the heat going away. It's great that she can't chew through the cable as it's covered in solid metal. I put it under a blanket to stop her chewing the nice cover, but the cover itself is soft and comfortable if your pet is going to lie directly on it. And easy to remove for washing too. Really easy to use, well made, good heating, and my rattie loves it! Just what I needed. I got the smallest size and I'd say it's probably a bit too small for an average sized cat to really get comfy, especially if they like to sprawl out. But for a small animal up to the size of a rabbit I'd say it's perfect.

Je reçois un tapis roulé avec la première housse déjà installée, une deuxième est dan le carton. Je l'ai branchée, et à part une petite odeur de produit neuf, rien d'inconfortable. Mon chat (malade, stade terminal de cardiomyopathie) s'est installée dès que la chaleur était présente. Elle varie les postures, parfois juste une patte ou deux, parfois complètement lovée dessus. J'avais peur de regretter mon achat mais pas du tout. La chaleur est douce, pas trop forte, peut même paraître faible au départ mais parfaitement agréable pour qu'ils puissent y faire la sieste. Je recommande. Le seul "bémol" est l'absence de minuterie, je n'ai pas osé le laisser brancher en m'absentant, mais c'est pas plus mal, aucun risque de faux contact de cette façon.

Howdy,I ordered this heated pad for my dog Sadie back on the 7th of December 2018. I have taken some time to really try it out before making my review. Sadie just loves it, she got on it shortly after I plugged it in and it was not even that cold out. I had gone looking for her around the house and could not find her. Then I looked beside the bed where I had placed the Pecute heating pad and there she was out like a light, sound asleep.Sadie is a 65lb American Stafford-shire Terrier, so by no means is she a small dog yet the heating pad is large enough for her. That was something that I was concerned about when I ordered it. I know how to use a tape measure etc and could picture the size of the Pecute pad in my head, but was still unsure if it would be big enough for her. Sometimes Sadie sleeps in some really strange and awkward looking poses. So I did not know if most of her would be on or off of the pad. Surprisingly she is always on the pad, she is not in one of her long drawn out poses, she is only in poses that keep all of her on the pad. When she is stretched out with her rear legs behind her and her front legs in front of her she is a long dog. No one in their right mind would ever make a heating pad that long ;) So when she is curled up on her heating pad she is quite content to keep all of her body parts on the pad. That does not mean she has to sleep in a weird way as she has several different positions that she assumes when she is using her Pecute heating pad.Personally for me I like the fact that if I were to leave the house and forget to unplug it I am not worried at all that there would be ANY kind of problem happen. This pad is extremely well made, sort of like I would make one and I always use overkill when I build something. Which means I would have used a very heavy duty cord like this one has. There is worry about it ever coming apart or even Sadie chewing through it and she is what they call an aggressive or power chewer. The pad itself is well made to, it does not seem cheap or flimsy like a couple other pads I have tried in the past. It is water tight and the cover is soft and comfortable This thing is heavy duty and I am sure that it is going to last us many many years. So your money would be well spent if you bought this pad for your furry friend. Heck it may outlast me, that is how well made it is. I am sure that one of my kids will inherit it when I am gone, as it is built to last. Their animals will benefit from the old man's decision to purchase this Pecute heating pad rather than one of the other ones available.If you need a heating pad for your pet, and I know you folks that live up North this time of year do need one without a doubt. Winter time is the perfect time to get one of these for your pet, but you will find that they will be sleeping on it year round. I am fixing to put Sadie's in her kennel so her little house will seem all the more inviting. We live in South Texas and it really does not get that cold very often. But Sadie is still using the heating pad as her favorite resting place. Well on the Pecute pad or my chest, and I am glad that the Pecute heating pad is taking a lot of the load that my chest used to ;)So get off the fence and get one of these for your dog. I also think your cats would love it as they could snuggle up in a pile and stay toasty warm. I am going to be getting a new cat soon and I am sure that the cat and Sadie will be curled up on the heating pad.
