I purchased the Pearl Export EXX725/C 5-Piece Drum Set more than a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! From the moment I set it up, I was blown away by the stunning Pure White finish, which not only looks sleek but also provides a beautiful aesthetic for any performance space.The sound quality is truly remarkable. The toms hit with a punchy resonance, the snare has a crisp snap, and the bass drum delivers a deep, satisfying thump. Whether I’m practicing at home or playing live gigs, this kit handles everything with ease. Quite a bit more than a beginners set. Lacking any frustrating issues that a low quality set would have. Bought some paiste pst7 cymbals to complete the set and were off! Looks amazing in pure white. Do it.

Probablement le meilleur kit qui existe pour le prix. Le son est excellent, encore mieux avec des peaux d'une qualité supérieure. Hardware de qualité et solide. Pédale de bass drum de très bonne qualité.

Wow! Product was said to arrive on the 18th but came on the 6th?!? 2 days after we ordered it! Amazing fast shipping and really high quality drum set! Took us maybe 30 minutes to put it together and it sounds awesome and well built. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality drum set without spending over 1k. The set comes with everything needed to start and put it together, the only things that you will need to buy separate would be some sticks a stool and most importantly cymbals. 5/5 stars, great drum set pearl!

These Pearl Export drums are the best bang for your buck. I would consider these to be mid-level drums, not entry-level.These are very good quality drums. They are made in China. Don’t let the that scare you, the shells are manufactured very well, and sound nice. For most applications, the shells and the sound should be fine. If I was recording in a studio, perhaps better drums would make sense. For jamming in my home or playing small gigs, these drums are perfectly fine.To hear the sound before you buy, there are lots of videos on YouTube of folks playing on Pearl Export kits.The stands are adequate, there are heavier stands out there, but these are plenty sturdy for me. The hi-hat and bass drum pedal are good. I may upgrade to a double bass drum pedal at some point, but the stock P930 single pedal is fine. It offers lots of adjustments to get the feel to your liking.I wanted to also comment that these drums are packed masterfully in three separate boxes. The packaging engineers at Pearl did a great job in developing packaging that keeps the drums safe during shipping. It’s amazing they got a whole drum kit in three boxes: one large, one medium and one small box.I did replace the stock made in China Remo heads with Evans Hydraulic heads because I prefer the deeper, fatter sound. The Evans website is great for evaluating the different drumhead options.This kit includes everything except cymbals. One of the entry-level cymbal packs by any of the major cymbal manufacturers would work fine. I opted to buy my cymbals used simply because I wanted Zildjian A series and didn’t want to spend a ton.One final suggestion on expandability, you can order 8”, 10” and 14” toms separately and add them to your kit. For this reason I went with the standard EXX725/C kit which has the 12”, 13” & 16” toms. If you order the kit with the 10”, 12” and 14” toms, you limit your expandability (being able to only add a 8” tom) if that is important to you.In summary, I recommend these drums to anyone who wants a good value in a drum kit. I am very happy with my purchase!

Nice set, great price. Bought this July 2015 for my son's bday. He loves it. Arrived in great condition, no issues, easy set up. For the price, you get all you need in there,,,,minus the throne. Having said that, I got a set way back when and it didn't include all of the cymbals and hardware this does and it was similar price, so I think it's a pretty good deal. Love the wine red, it's a sweet set.

This kit is one of the best! The shipping was super quick and it came without any damages. It tuned up fast and has a great tone all around. The bass drum has an awesome low end without even having to muffle it with anything. I highly recommend this for anybody looking for an awesome kit that not only looks amazing and has awesome hardware, but has a beautiful sound!

I bought these over Yamaha's because the sound appeared to be better. The hardware is good but not as good as the Yamaha version. Still much better than other starter drum sets that I saw out there and I'm very pleased with it.The drum shells are poplar with a mahogany liner. The joints aren't as tight as they should be but they drums still sound good. They were seriously out of tune though and I'm glad that I also ordered a drum dial. Once they were all tuned they sound great. The packages all arrived in perfect condition and there was no damage to anything. Everything is made in China unfortunately.The kit comes with everything you need except cymbals and drum sticks.
