I tried to air up my pistol but when I released the pressure relief valve it caused the gun to depressurize completely. I tried 3 times with the same result. Do not have this issue with my other compressors.

I bought the 18v Battery compressor. By the way this compressor is compatible with Makita 18V Battery BL1860B BL1850B BL1840B BL1830B BL1815B Batteries. The Manual say to use a 7.8 amp hour or bigger battery. I bought the Waitley 18V 9.0Ah for the compressor. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B4WFT86?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleWhen I was unpacking the compressor and the 120vAC power supply I noticed something was rattling around inside the power supply. The 60mm cooling fan blades came apart in shipping. So I replaced the fan and all is good. Now The photos on this listing are not of the unit I received. The power switch is in the back, not the front. In fact the power switch is were the fuse is supposed to be. The fuse is no where on the out side of the unit. the car battery cables did not come with my compressor. The Compressor tested well. The compressor filled the hose to 4351.13 psi (300 Bar) in 23.49 seconds, using a 18v 9ah battery. I bought this compressor to fill my Benjamin bulldog M357. the m357 has a full fill at 3000 psi. On a Bulldog M357 after 5 shoots the pressure will drop from 3000psi to 2100psi. with this compressor using the Makita 9ah battery it can refill to 3000psi in 3 minutes and 20 seconds. The bulldog m357 has a 440CC tank (.44 liter) tank. After the refill the battery will drop to 19.9v from 20.4v. So with the 9ah battery you should get about 14 refills. The m357 has a 5 shot mag, so about 70 shoots with a full battery before you have to recharge the battery. If you hand pump the Bulldog it will take about 18 minuets. I will test it with the power supply at a later date. But it should be faster with the power supply. The auto stop work perfectly. The temp only went up 5c while refilling the bulldog. So it is a win with this compressor, even with the cheap power supply. If you are looking for a battery powered compressor and a good price I would say get this compressor.I will be updating this review after some field use.Update :Ok I took the bulldog M357 and the PCP compressor on a late season deer hunt. I was able to take down a 6 point buck with the bulldog and 2 Doe's as well. the PCP work well with my bulldog. and The compressor was faster fill the bulldog with a fill time of 2minutes and 36 seconds with the Power supply that came with the compressor. And yes I did replace the power supply cooling Fan.Very Happy with this compressor.

This is a great value for filling my PCP, takes a bit of time to fill my Benjamin Gunnar, but does not over heat and gets the job done.Great value and way better than the hand pump.

This little compressor really gets the job done. It's a little quieter than others I've used. Very simple to use with good instructions. Please read the instructions as they have valuable information for you to help make your purchases last. It filled my Gauntlet 2 holding 4500 psi in no time at all. Was very impressed with speed and operation. It seemed to dissipate heat well with 2 big fans venting heat. It's probably just me but I thought it a little pricey but worth it.

I received my new compressor yesterday and so far it works great. I was able to fill each of my 3 PCP air guns in under 6 minutes. The unit came very well packed and the instruction booklet is easy to understand. The cooling fan does not have an on/off button so the fan runs all the time the unit is plugged in. That is probably a good thing as this type of compressor tends to run hot. I thought the price was very good also. So far very happy with my purchase.

I only have a few charges through this compressor for my PCP rifle, but it works well and fills my 210cc bottle from 2000psi to 4300 in a few minutes. The basic service steps are fairly easy to do, and the worst part about it is removing all of the screws from the outer cover.
