Bought 3 and stacked them on top of each other in the foyer. A bit expensive for cheap material. Gets dirty easily because it is white. Otherwise organizes lots of standard size shoes.

Easy to put together (if you've build Ikea furniture before at least) - Sturdy. I really like the adjustable height shelves on the ends. Most of the slots aren't tall enough for my shoes standing up but I found a neat way to put them sideways that looks kinda artsy! The topper cushion is pretty comfy as well! Could also double as a little reading bench if you slide it near a window!

I ordered this product with low expectations due to the GREAT cost. However, I am pleasantly surprised to be able to share that not only was shipping fast (it arrived days before it was supposed to), but that the bench is sturdy and well-made. It is stylish and doesn't look cheap despite how affordable it is.My only "negative" observation would be that it needs the backing applied into it, which are applied with screws. There are no pre-made holes, so you'll need to make sure you own a power drill to attach the backing to the cabinet.

Overall for the usual particle board or pressed make up it's pretty sturdy. Assembly wasn't hard and everything was provided. The included bit wasn't great and I used my own. Instructions were easy to follow. As described and working well so far. Color was good, no issues with material.

Good quality for the price. Easy to build and sturdy. I love the way it looks by the door. Fits a lot of shoes. Very happy with the purchase in general.

We purchased this storage bench because we wanted something nicer-looking for our mudroom than a worn-out-looking wooden bench with no storage. We selected this specific bench because it was white to blend with the walls, had a padded top for comfortable seating, and offered 10 cubbies for shoe storage.ARRIVAL - The bench arrived unassembled in a cardboard box that had roughed up during shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the boards were not damaged because they were well packaged with foam inserts. All the parts listed in the instruction sheet were included, plus a few extra screws and dowels. There was only one discrepancy between the Parts List and parts shipped - the Allen Wrench/Hex Key in the Parts List showed a Phillips head at one end; however a standard Allen Wrench/Hex Key with flat ends was included. This was not a problem for me because I have screwdriver already, but keep this in mind in case you are expecting to use only the tools included in the box to assemble the bench.ASSEMBLY - The instruction sheet was easy to understand. I assembled the bench in about 30 minutes using a ratcheting screwdriver. All the holes, except for the back side, were predrilled making assembly easy and quick. I recommend NOT using a drill to assemble because you run the risk of overtightening the screws and damaging the wood. The only screw holes that were not predrilled on the bench were on the back of the bench for attaching the two back panels. The back panels themselves were pre-drilled. I used my ratcheting screwdriver and, with a little pressure, was able to screw the back panels in place. I had a hard time lining them up to be level; one side of the back panels is 1/8th of an inch higher than the other side, but it is not noticeable at all from the front.USAGE - I really like my new bench. It is comfortable to sit on, feels very sturdy, is a pragmatic way to store shoes, and looks elegant in form. There are a few items I want to point out though. None of these items are technically bad; they are just notable: - The bench is 12 inches deep which can seem too narrow, especially if you have coats hanging above it (see image). This does not bother me though because I am only sitting long enough to put on shoes. - My husband's shoes (size 11) take up the entire depth of the cubbie (see images). If you are storing men's shoes that are a size 12 or larger, then the shoes will stick out from the cubbie a little. - The two end cubbies have adjustable shelves so you can store a combination of high heels, low-height shoes or tall ankle boots nicely (see images). Because of the three sets of pre-drilled shelf holes, you technically could add two more shelves per side to have two additional (albeit small) cubbies per side.- I am considering adding a basket to one of the cubbies to efficiently store all our flipflops and slides in one place instead of throwing them all into a cubbie or using a cubbie per pair.- The screws used to assemble the bench are very dark colored. One side of me would have preferred white screws for a white bench; however the screws are not noticeable after the bench is assembled so it does not matter. At the end of the day, I am rating this bench and its assembly with 5 stars because I cannot find any considerable or project-stopping flaws with the bench. Hopefully my experience will help you with your decision-making process.
