Failing marks on product and customer service. The anal gland product sold as ‘chewables’ were as solid as a rock - not chewable. Could hardly get a knife cut them. Crumbles were like hard pebbles. My dog wouldn’t touch as I tried for a topper and I could understand why.The company’s customer service was equally subpar. At first receptive and asked for documentation via photos of ‘chewables’ and product info, expiration, etc. I immediately send photos and was looked forward to a response. Never happened. After a week, tried again. Nothing.Pawfy is a company I can’t recommend for product or service, especially at their price point.

My dog had swollen anal glands from what I believe was from my kids giving her too much people food. She love the peanut butter flavor and her glands cleared and didn't smell within days. Worth the money.

Our dog has stopped excessive licking of her rear area since taking this supplement. She enjoys it as a chew treat and we are pleased that it works well for her.

My Chi mix benefits from a mix of Pawfy and Glandex. It took a month or so but no more scooting and his poops are way more solid.

This product seems to work well so far. My dog loves it and that is usually the big battle if they will eat it. I don’t like the cost which is very expensive and will look for another product that can produce these results.

Our dog had started dragging his butt around on the carpet and someone recommended we get him anal gland chews and this is what we settled on. They seemed to do the trick and now he no longer drags his butt around to scratch it on the carpet. We also noticed he has less red irritation down there which was probably caused by the dragging so overall these helped a lot.
