These strips have been testing against my liquid test kits from api and Salifert. As far as reef aquariums go… these strips can be trusted for quick tests.

They work (I guess), but only for periodic testing when you know everything is going good. For more in depth testing when starting up and when there are problems in the tank, just invest and get the freshwater API Master Test Kit and the separate GH and KH tests.

Performs the job well, doesn't contaminate or cause any harm to your aquarium so it's safe for use. Color is easy to read. Easy instructions. Worth every penny!

Lobe this product. Much more affordable than others and comes with so many strips. Only reason i didnt give it a 5 star is that some strips were missing one of the testing boxes.

I requested the Pawfly 18 in 1 Drinking Water Test Kit, 125 Strips for Tap Water Well, Swimming Pool, Aquariums to ensure that we are not poisoning our Tiger Oscar unknowingly with excessive elements such as copper, etc. Thankfully, we are not according to these test strips! Price point is acceptable when considering the peace of mind provided in regards to our aquarium and our drinking water composition. I will be moving to these strips solely after I use up the ones I already have in my inventory. Great to have peace of mind about our water quality!

I have a API and Fluval liquid master kits, for my 4 aquariums. Thing is with API is giving faulty ph results. I ordered Fluval kit and the tap matched the tanks this time. I knew it was not accurate. And I can't test Gh and Kh without a whole different kit!!! Well this was something that I knew worked years ago, and yes 6 years ago I started buying kits! Never again. Although accurate with ammonia nitrite, and nitrates I don't trust the ph tests. These strips are amazing. All 4 tanks match my source. Everything is in normal range as I remember. So it looks like I will be using my Pawfly strips for now on. There's no reason for a ph test by liquid. After 20 years strips are the best. Giving you more than you expected!! Even has a tube for your test water!!!

I find these strips adequate to maintain a 20 gallon aquarium. The master test kit is overkill, IMO. Happy to find an affordable option.

Were first time fish owners moved or betta into a tank and we got thee strips but sadly our fish died cause everything tested fine but we had an amonia spike, which these test strips do not test for
