Exactly what it says. It's heavy thick Mild steel flange. Fits over 3.5" pipe perfectly. GadgetsGaskets fit perfect and good price. Not much more to say about a flange.

works great. good value including gaskets. I used them for flanges on muffler, not on header collector.
