We bought this set to accommodate our outdoor patio, and trusted the reviews. They are shipped flat pack which is fine , but the assembly was a nightmare. Several washers were missing from the set when we were inventorying and separating the parts. The panels have serious alignment issues out of the box, and even following the directions to keep the frame loose until assembled, found combining parts to be frustrating. Additionally, a vast majority of the screw holes were improperly tapped, so there was no chance you could use the provided tools to assemble without issues. The feet screws especially were a nightmare and required me to retap and rethread the holes in order to get them to even screw in. The material is brittle and plasticish and due to the horrible threading and screw seating, many of my fingers are now scratched up when bloodied from the assembly processes. Overall, these are worse than garbage. Theyll probably serve their purpose outdoors, but for the cost versus the annoyance, I would not do it again.

These assembled easily, seem sturdy and look great on our outdoor patio. Storage is a bonus. Glad they were sold as a 2-pack as they come in very handy as comfortable footstools.

Takes some time to put together, make sure to sort the bolts, as the one for the feet are slightly shorter than the one for the panels. Also hand tighten them and in the final step use the provided wrench. Pillow were slightly compressed but should flatten out over time. Was considering the ones without storage but like these better. Matches my Costco patio set.

Really cute ottomans for our deck. Not too difficult to put together, however my husband had to cut down two screws. They were too long to attach the legs. Be careful when placing sides C1 and C2 with the bottom. I had to take apart and switch them becsuse of the strap attached to the lid. They were a little bit smaller than I pictured. I should have paid more attention to the measurements. All in all these ottomans are a decent quality item.

Nice quality ottomans for our new deck. The gray color was perfect and matched or chairs almost exactly. Assembly wasn't too bad, can be done by one person. The cushions are nice addition, they could be a little easier to attach - we don't leave ours on, so it would be nice if attaching and detaching them was a bit easier, but it's not too bad. Overall, love these as an addition to our set, made well, sturdy, versatile - provide added storage. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs ottomans, end tables, a little extra storage, and extra seating.

It arrived on time and the package was un damaged. One cushion was was crumpled but fluffed right up. All of the hardware came in one bag and you had to sort it out. The directions were very easy to follow and simple to put together. Just a lot of tightening from the inside. They look nice once you get them together and they feel sturdy. My only issue are the cushion attachment to the lid. I got the first one put together, then the second one put together before I realized I should have checked the second one I worked on regarding the cushion attachment to the lid. The elastic attachment is very cheap and not securely attached, some were very short and others broke and I was unable to attach it properly only on the second lid. It would have been better to check it first.

Matches my other furniture perfectly. A pain to put together, but sturdy once done. Opens and closes nicely. Overall, would definitely buy again. One slight problem: There is a small part missing from package. No way to contact seller or get any assistance from Amazon in replacing missing part. Do not want to go through trouble to return all for one small part. No complaint on product - just customer service to get the small replacement part that keeps the cushion from shifting. Have seen this with other orders. Would like a better way to get assistance for small isssues

Update: Oct. 3, 2023: Customer service was very responsive and positive and they were willing to make it right. I received the replacement quickly - it did not take until now to receive it. I am late with this update.I missed the due date and sent an email to the company with pics – expecting never to hear anything. I received a response within 24 hours. A very nice surprise. We ‘discussed’ the situation with the responses always in my inbox the next day. The company sent replacements. The replacements went together perfectly. The replacements were so different from the original order - all I can think of is that the previous ones were grabbed and shipped in error. I would order from this company again, knowing they support their product.Original review: Very poorly made. Unfortunately I couldn't put these together until today due to deck with roof added, partial kitchen remodel. I missed the return date, which is on me because of all the renovations going on. I should have wait to purchase these. I can usually manage minor imperfections in construction while assembling - not these. Holes were not drilled deep enough on one of the hinges on one ottoman (pic). Two out of 8 feet fit - holes weren't drilled deep enough. I didn't make it to the hinges on the second ottoman because the hole to insert the screw was completely missing (pic). Two of the cushion holders fell off during actual assembly - one on each side (pic). I didn't get that far on the second one. i just gave up. The instructions are not the greatest either. I do have their email and will update this review if needed, and if and when I hear from the company.
