Original lasted 10 years but the spring in this lock broke very quickly. Will try to find just the lock portion since I don't need the handle part.

Easy to install and came with three keys. It took me about four tries before I find one to fit because of the way the door is. This one was a perfect fit and the lock works great.

Alright, so I ordered this ALLYWASAI Sliding Patio Door Handle Set with Mortise Lock, right? It came in, and I'm already seeing red flags. The hardware packaging was open, like someone had already dug through it. And sure enough, there were parts missing â no lock latch, which is kind of important for a lock, don't you think?To top it off, some of the screws were stripped. It was obvious this thing wasn't new, even though I paid full price for it. Someone had used this and returned it with missing and damaged parts, and somehow it ended up back on the shelf.I'm not even going to bother trying to install this thing. It's going straight back. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this one.

Our locking mechanism disconnected a few months after we installed it. Make sure the screw that you use for the locking mechanism is perfectly tightened, or you will have the locking mechanism malfunction.
