We do a lot of traveling, mostly by car, and I can never decide which of my lenses I can leave behind. As a result, I end up bringing all of them. When we travel by air, I have to be more judicious in my selection, and I'm never confident that all my gear will end up at my destination in functioning condition. It's great to add a bit of extra padding to wrap around my lens to add some cushion, without getting lint all over it that I have to keep from gravitating to the lens when I remove the cover. One side of the cloth is just a bit "grippy," so that when I wrap the lens in it, it does a good job of staying put. I got this cloth as a review item, but I'm building out a travel bag for my camera gear, and I'm going to be adding more of these to the kit.

I primarily got this to wrap for my new OLED Steam Deck during transport. It keeps dust and other debris away from any of the exposed buttons, triggers, and ports that my Modcase doesn't cover. The screen and other fragile parts are covered by the case so the abrasive surface of the wrap isn't an issue.This cloth wrap does exactly what I need it to do, It's the perfect size, it adheres well to itself, and it adds a nice peace of mind boost when transporting my device. It's not going to be the best sort of protection for everybody, but for me, it accomplishes what I want.
