As others have written, this product broke after just a few days of light use. It's made poorly and using cheap materials, and as such after minimal use the fabric ripped at the point where the "rope" connects to the hook. Once this happens, it's useless and can't be fixed. Big waste of money for a cheaply made product.

Needed extra few rolls of this red velvet rope to finish main entrance look at the recent event. Good quality rope! It did the job and helped to add a special touch to the welcome area.

This velvet rope is exactly as described! Well made, perfect color,Gold colored snap hooks are tight and work very well...Not sure how to "remove sections to adjust length", but this looks perfect!
