I bought this as an experiment, would it work as tubeless tape or rim tape for tubeless beaded rims (using tubeless tape as a rim tape makes mounting a tire easier)? It's thin, thinner than tubeless tape, so I wrapped twice, but it's definitely a durable tape with good adhesive. It works. I tested it with a tube up to 85psi. 25mm is appropriate for a lot of gravel rims. You need ~4 meters with a double wrap, so one roll will wrap about fifteen 700c wheels. I bought the brown which is transparent so you can see through it to the rim.

The color is my school color, so it’s a nice little touch to my whiteboards. The tape sticks well, is easy to apply and the proper thickness that I wanted. No residue was left from my test strip, but we’ll see if that holds true after longer periods of time.
