  • Position Freely. A simple tubular design and slick nylon fabric make it fast and easy for caregivers to slide patients in and out of beds, chairs, car seats, sofas, wheelchairs, and other surfaces
  • Move Comfortably. The transfer sheet is comfy to touch and gentle on the skin. Its low friction fabric prevents skin allergies and abrasions despite constant side to side and back and forth movements
  • Transfer Safely. The strong tubular nylon sheet can withstand the constant pushing, pulling, and turning of patients. Using the sheet is easy on both the caregiver's and the patient's hips and backs
  • Use Conveniently. Only one caregiver is needed to use this slide sheet. It is waterproof, and easy to machine wash and dry. It is small enough to store anywhere and light enough to bring on the go

I'm clueless how this item escaped my attention for so long. It is so perfect for the job, much better than other solid, fixed patient transfer aids (such as boards -- while solid boards do have their uses). But for getting a wheelchair-bound individual into a car seat or moved around on furniture, this is perfect, since very little energy (or strength) is required to move them because the material easily slips on itself. The only friction is with the material in the loop, instead of the patient's skin or their clothes against a board or solid transfer aid. The Home Health nurses and physical therapists had never seen anything like this before and all of them went out and bought their own as soon as we demonstrated it.

What a great idea! Wish I'd thought of it myself. I even looked into making one myself, figuring I could do it cheaper. But by the time I bought the fabric & thread, I think the cost would have been about the same. I have purchased two of these (one got whipped away in a strong wind, so be careful when using it in strong winds! ;÷D ). This is a simple, but EXCELLENT idea. I use it getting in & out of the car & just love it! It's one of those simple ideas that make sense. Oh, and it's washable.

When I first bought this for my husband‘s mobility issues, he thought I had hit my head, lolNow he thinks they’re terrific. Something so simple and it helps you to really get out of a chair, sofa, vehicle, restaurant booth.

This thing is one of the best designs I have ever seen to help someone get from a wheelchair to a car or from a wheelchair to a bed or about any other way you wanted to use it

Little to small - found a larger size. It is a good value for the price.

It's good but not worth for the price. 5 dollars should be adequate.

We have a larger type item on my mother‘s bed that we love to help reposition her in bed… She has advanced Alzheimer’s. So we thought if we bought a smaller version for the car that it would really help position her to get seated. This did not work out for us at all it is very difficult to pull over when someone is half seated on it and when we received it it was in the shape of an O Which was very strange. There is not enough material to grab a handle on it on either side and she just sits on it and when she moves over she just bundles of the whole thing instead of slides across it. So didn’t work out for us that’s all I can say

Have been using as an aid for my elderly father in bed. He does the work of getting himself ‘boosted’ in bed. By having this sheet under him, it reduces his effort but still has him doing the action.

I bought this after seeing it online. It has been a lifesaver for my 86 year old mother who was 2 months ahead of a hip replacement. Things had gotten so bad that she could barely walk, and trying to get her into the car was nearly impossible. With this on the seat, she is able to sit and with some help to put her legs up, easily slide across the seat.Since her hip replacement, I have purchased two additional mats. I have one for her chair in the living room and one for her bed. Again, lifesavers! She doesn't have the upper body strength to push herself back onto the bed without this, and trying to rely on her pushing herself was resulting in very sore wrists. The only caution is to make sure that the person is far enough back on the bed so that they don't slide off. This has not been an issue for us as we are very careful (and the package is clear about how to use this), but I make sure my mom is back before I lift her legs onto the bed. Then I gently push her hips/butt so that she is centered on the bed. She then is able to slightly lift her hips and I can pull the sheet out from the side.

My care receiver has some walking ability but freezes up with the stress of transfer. The friction of fabric upholstery, pinching while hitching across the shower bench, and the angles from wheelchair to front bucket seat of a sedan are nearly erased with this strong little sheet. The price is high for a length of fabric with one flat-felled seam and well-turned edges, but it meets my need without my losing the time to craft it myself. I am buying two more.
