It’s a reasonable price for a quality brush and sponge for keeping my felt hats clean.I was concerned at first when I got this item because the brush’s bristles were smashed down flat from shipping. Instead of returning it I waited and left it hanging for a few days. The bristles gradually went back into shape and it’s worked fine ever since.

Hab mich gefragt wie man einen Filzhut aus dem Allgäu(urlaub) reinigt.Antwort: nur bürsten.Sogar das Schweißband wird sauberer.Fazit: klappt sehr gut.Hut sieht aus wie am ersten Tag.Es geht nichts über gutes, bewährtes Werkzeug.Danke.

I have a big wool felt hat that can get quite dusty out here in the desert. The British is very gentle on tje fabric, but sturdy enough to get a good clean.

You never realize how dirty a hat can be until you use this brush and see the plumes of dust flying everywhere. It's gentle but capable. We get a lot of dust whipped up in these parts and it's hard to keep cowboy hats clean. These items have done a fine job and I feel safe using them
