Comme dit dans le titre, je m'en sers principale pour les grosses pièces de viandes et volailles. Le manche est robuste et tient bien en main et globalement c'est de la bonne qualité.Elles se lavent bien et pour le moment je n'ai pas de trace d'oxydation ou de rouille ni sur le manche ni sur les pointes.

Ich brauchte Bratengabeln und habe mich für diesen Doppelpack entschieden. Das Handling ist ok, die Gabeln können ind die Spülmaschine. Über Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen.
