This unit comes unassembled, however, the seller doesn't disclose the difficulty with the assembly process. Poor display of parts orientation, no detail written instructions and worst of all parts do not fit properly. I had to file a couple of flanges so they would fit into their respective counter slots. Unless you have a bright light for this work it's impossible to know where to place the screws because the predrilled holes do not align themselves. The manufacturer/seller painted every part black with no directional arrows or clear markings to place the various parts in their correct position. Over 2 ½ hours to assemble and I'm DIY guy with over 40 years of putting things together. I do not recommend this product even if it were half the price. OH! I forgot there is no contact for questions or problems. The sellers recommendation, use email and wait hours/days for a response.

I bought 2 for work and they do the job. A bit small but I didn’t need anything huge. I love the top 2 drawers. Perfect for office supplies. I did buy organizers for the drawers which makes it more manageable. The bottom drawer is the right size to hold large or small file hangers. Across for small size. Length wise for larger folders. The locks are nice, with 2 keys. The keys are cool. The fold into its handle. Very good product.

Overall decent equipment. The lock area was damaged probably in transit. This is a Christmas present, so damage is not acceptable. More unacceptable was the $10 credit the seller offered for time and trouble. Insulting. Will not buy from this seller again. A two star rating is being kind and not just emotionally driven. Product is decent but, again, you can’t have damage for a Christmas gift and you need to stand behind your name by rectifying it the right way, not a “$10 go bye bye because it still works” credit. Çhanged to one star as neither Amazon nor the seller have reached out again to fix the situation.

Packaging was amazing. Arrived in a timely matter. Simple instructions. Easy to put together. Wish it was one small drawer taller, but they don’t offer for that
