Absolutely love this set. All the pieces arrived in perfect condition. There were no raw or rough finishes on the wood parts, and the metal mold is nice and heavy.I did take some learning to make the dough not stick to the ravioli mold, but sprinkling plenty of flour/semolina worked great.My son loves helping make pasta, specially when we use the gnocchi paddles and he can just push the dough against it. I love the fact that the molds enable less waste every time I roll the dough, which means I can do more per round.Would get again.

This package has it all. High quality pasta making accessories that get the job done. Easy to use. Perfect size and appearance. The utensils that need to be sharp are sharp adding to its excellent performance. Great value. Highly recommended

Great set of tools for making your own pasta. You do not have instructions on how to use these products so maybe not great for a beginner but you can also look up ways to use these tools. I made raviolis with this product and it turned out well. I wish the cutter was slightly more sharp to help cut the dough a little bit easier but otherwise was a good Pasta set. Plan to make gnocchi soon

We originally got this item for pasta making, we have not tried it for pasta but we did a number of other things from cookies to pizza etc.. that require flattening and expanding dough to make different shapes and different thickness. The product is outstanding with a great quality. The roller are sturdy and great sizes, small and medium, which is a great way to handle the amount and also it is a great way to have the younger ones getting involved because the rollers are smaller in size.These are great tools especially the shape cutters providing squares and circles for ravioli but also for other types of cookies and they work so well.This is a great find, sturdy and good quality and also the wood is very soft and is perfect for working on food surfaces. The wood is safe and NOT chipping, which is a must when handing food.Highly recommending it for more than just pasta!

This set includes more than I will likely ever use, but it did contain some pieces that I really wanted. This would be good for a beginner set, except it would have been great to have some kind of instruction. I didn't even know what a couple of the things were, and had no idea what the names of them were to be able to find out how to use them. The quality of some of the pieces feel a little cheap, so probably functional for a little while but I wouldn't expect it to last long.
