The quality of the photo prints and envelope are great, but the photos I submitted were pretty close to passport specification. I was just expecting them to crop the photo. When they edited the background to be pure white they left clear signs of photo editing around the hair.

If you need a US passport this service is fine. But, not all countries use the 2x2 inch size required in the US. That was a big surprise to me. So, my 2x2" pictures were useless.

I am really glad I found this option for getting a passport photo. I hate nothing more than having a horrible ID photo on a document I carry for 10 years. I actually used a selfie stick against a neutral wall. Cropped it up a bit to meet the requirements. It turned out great. I sent it in with my passport and no issues. Highly recommend.
