Good product for the price. Instructions aren't the best, but if you're handy enough to be purchasing this to try it yourself, the directions are good enough. Wiring and parts are good enough for our trailers. Bought several of these. Rewired all of our boat, pwc and other trailers.

Really nice kit just wouldn’t leave the wires out visible because wires seem very cheap

This was an excellent set to buy. Wiring was straight forward and brightness of LEDS is excellent. Quality seems to be very good and with the addition of Lowes bolts, nuts and washers, I installed this on my 4x8 trailer without a problem. One thing to note is the Rear "third brake light" WILL NOT WORK as a third brake light unless you buy an adapter. This is a two wire harness which means your blinkers and stop lights are on the same circuit. So if you attach the third light and want to use it as a third brake light, you will either have it flash with the left and right blinker every time you make a turn, or, you have to buy a 2 to 3 wire converter, like this on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z5Z8BZ7?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsand FYI, the WIRING diagram for the 3rd brake light IS ON THIS site in the pictures. White is ground and red and black are low and high brightness. I am wiring mine to have a constant positive for dim setting and then that adapter I just mentioned to be the high brightness.

The rear tail and turn lights follow the standard stud spacing protocol but the wiring hub requires a 5/8" hole between the two studs. The center bar has both low and bright wiring. This is a plus but it required that I bore a 5/8" hole in the boat trailer galvanized 3/16" thick cross member. I drilled a half inch hole and used a 1/2" milling bit to hog out the hole to fit. That took a toll on the side thrust bearing on my Ryobi cordless drill. Wired the bright center bar lights to the left turn wire. That should help get driver's attention that I am making a left turn. The wiring harness was too short for a 24' boat trailer. I re-used the existing wiring but re-did all of the connections in waterproof heat shrink crimp connectors. (From Amazon) The side marker lights again did not follow the existing protocol (one mounting stud) and the wiring exited the center of the back of the side marker lights. Used the existing stud hole to route the wires and drilled a single hole to secure the light fixture. The light weight of the marker fixtures should not create a problem when using only one mounting fastener. This kit provided the light fixtures that I needed to rehab a very old galvanized boat trailer. I am retired and the amount of time spent making modifications to make the kit work was not a problem for me. This trailer will be used in a salt water environment and I will append this review in a year if I am able. I took the empty trailer down a number of rural back roads that gave plenty of vibration and the lights continued to work and seem appropriately bright.
