I purchased these lines for my 2013 Tahoe, my vehicle is equipped with the HD cooling system. Before I started replacing my radiator I noticed greasy specks all over the engine bay, upon further discovery I see my trans cooler lines leaking with grease residue all over the inside skid plate.Since I have the auxiliary cooler which requires 2 different part numbers and it being winter time, this will allow me to get by cutting the old lines out and capping them until summer when I can take the bumper off and do it correctly.Update** lines installed, it was a huge pain however there is no more leaking or seeping, given the very little space to feed them to the front. it took me roughly an hour and 45 mins to do the job from start to finish and checking for leaks. After experiencing this, I have bent the steel lines going to the auxiliary cooler to seal them off from debris and tucked them in the bumper, I will wait for these new lines to leak before doing again

The transmission cooler lines will eventually leak on all GM trucks and SUV's, where the rubber meets the hard line. This OEM part fit exactly, and will hopefully last me another 10 years.

I initially bought the wrong lines, my tranny cooler is in the radiator and the lines go in on the side of the radiator. The first lines I bought were for the heavy duty cooler that is along the bottom of the radiator.Easy to install, I pulled the lines out the back, watch where they are fed through the engine compartment and cross members and you'll get the new ones fed in.Order a extra clip or two, I lost one. They are not stocked at most common auto parts stores, but Dorman does have some 800-801 that are suppose to work. I ordered an extra from AC Delco, pricy, but you need them.

Perfect fit on my 2010 Chevy Tahoe w/o heavy duty Trans cooler. First of all, I did not need to loosen the grill or remove the lower plastic shield beneath the radiator. Only the complete air filter housing (with filter inside) and canister. Remove the upper and lower hose at radiator first. Be sure to use a small pick tool to remove the lines. I ordered a couple extra clips just in case one flew off. Glad I did because one clip did just that. Remove the other end of the hose asy at the transmission. Be sure to unsnap and remove all clips and clamps that keep the lines in place. Remove from below pulling and turning until lines come out. Reinstall new cooler lines from trans, pulling and rotating lines to get them to move in place. I used making tape over the ends of the tubing so no dirt or grease could get in the lines while I was trying to install it.I secured the bolt holding the line to the transmission first and then installed the two lines at the radiator. Note: IT IS much easier to install the clip BEFORE putting the lineS on. Put the clips in place and grab the lower line, pushing and wiggle it a bit until it clicks in place. Slide the little black shield back over the clip and line install to keep it secure. From start to finish was about 80-90 min for me. As I am not a mechanic but I do my own brakes, etc which is my knowledge base. I got this job done using my own tools, floor jack and 2 jack stands and with a little mechanical knowledge, patience and persistence you should be able to pull it off.Pros: 1.the new tran cooler lines come with new plastic and metal hangers and bolts so you don't have to reuse old ones. You do however have to reuse the one bolt connecting the line asy to the trans. There is also a black plastic clip holding both lines in place, about a 3rd of the way from the radiator you will need to reuse. 2. Seems same as oem quality. 3. The shipping was fast.Cons: nonePs. Glad I decided against repairing the leaking line and went with replacing both. I think the labor would have been about the same and for under $60.00 I got both inlet and outlet trans cooler lines replaced.

This part was not for my application. If you have the Z71 package with the transmission cooler, these lines will not work.
