I was surprised at the size of the opener. The length is a good 7". Fits well in your hand.It is really sturdy and well made. Just what you would expect from Park.John

Okay, it's only a bottle opener. It doesn't have Bluetooth or WiFi and there's no mobile app to go with it. It does exactly one thing. It opens bottles. But I'm telling you, this is one really nice bottle opener. The shape and the Park blue plastic cushioning around the grip feel great in your hand. Caps pop off effortlessly. It's solid. There's nothing here that's eventually going to bend. But the cushioning means you can set it on a granite counter without any clang.So okay, it's only a bottle opener. But if you bicycle, this is the one you need. I liked it enough to buy one as an impromptu gift for my cycling buddy here in Ann Arbor, only to be a little disappointed to learn later that he doesn't drink anything in bottles and still has no idea what makes this one special.

I bought this on a lark. I maintain a few bikes and so I own a lot of park tools and thought it would be fun to keep this in the basement for when I'm truing wheels. Here's the thing, though, this is actually a really good bottle opener, in addition to being a novelty item. It's well-balanced, comfortable to grip, and well constructed. This is the only bottle opener I have that always opens first try and never even bends the cap. Strongly recommended.

The Park BO-2 bottle opener will bring professional-grade bottle opening to your kitchen or garage. It has good heft and balance, and makes short work of pesky beer bottle caps. Blue easy-grip handle makes it easy to spot if one of your guests shoves it in his back pocket ... which may be the biggest problem you'll have with this tool.

What's this? It's a Park Tool. If you have their other products you know what to expect: it gets the job done. Plus it looks good when the kitchen table is littered with other cycling ish. An added bonus is that it doesn't bend the caps too much so if you want to keep the caps in the event of a nuclear apocalypse then you're all set. Or maybe you just want to make bottle cap art.
