The handle on mug weak. One of mine has a fine Crack which allows water to enter mug lining. Would not buy again

So cute, but the glass is very thin. You have to be extra cautious when washing them. I never wash them in the dishwasher. I am afraid they wouldn’t make it.

This product is dangerous. One time I was stirring my matcha very gently and the inside didn’t just crack and break but popped and exploded. At first I thought it was my fault for stirring to hard. Then the other day I was cleaning this cup very gently by hand and the cup on the inside popped and exploded with my hand inside. I had to go to the hospital and get skin glue on a very very deep puncture wound. On top of that Amazon won’t even give me a refund because it was more than 30 days since I purchased it. DO NOT BUY THESE CUPS!

Here's the deal: ALL of these double-walled mugs can break easily — if you use metal spoons to stir them. If you drop the metal spoon into the mug, or if you are rough with them, drop ice cubes into them from a height while empty, etc. Treat them like wine glasses, not as mugs. They are working well for me, and I'm using a plastic spoon with them to make sure they'll last.Or don't, and buy extra.

Cup arrived as expected and has been great. Few notes on some of the common issues people say. These are mostly because of physics. Be gentle stirring as the sides of the spoon can crack the glass. Second, there is a hole at the bottom. This is to prevent exploding, from the air inside expanding due to the hot liquid. Handwashing is recommended as water can get in. If it does, pour in hot liquid or run it under hot water with the hole down and it should come out. Lastly, the glass feels thin but it has been sturdy so far. Borosilicate glass(what this cup claims) is excellent with heat resistance and not exploding but it is however more fragile to shocks. Keep this in mind and youll be fine. Also, its AMAZING being able to see the coffee while drinking super cool :)

These cups are very light weight and my coffee stays hot in it for about an hour. I love how I can see my coffee through the clear cup and how pretty my cappuccino looks in it. Don’t let a toddler get a hold of it though, it cannot with stand being shoved off a table. The glass shattered, but it didn’t go everywhere, it stayed in the spot and was easily able to be cleaned up.
