This edible paper is thin, textured and tasteless. It’s 0.30 mm in thickness, which allows it to be flexible for things like wafer paper flowers and bows for example. It is slightly translucent and is made of natural ingredients only: potato starch, water, and olive oil. This all makes our wafer paper gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free and vegan. Got this wafer paper for a burn away reveal type cake. Worked perfectly!! I didn’t use the frosting sheet underneath and it toasted my frosting, but that was okay. It just lent a toasted marshmallow flavor. Also the water paper tastes slightly marshmallowy! Thank you!!! Got rave reviews - the perfect decoration for a guy cake! Fire!!! 😄

I bought this to use as a stage prop. I needed someone to eat a letter, and this worked great! I was worried that it would be fragile or fall apart, but the sheets are very sturdy! The actor tore it up and shoved it in his mouth, and it was very convincing. Everyone in the audience thought he actually ate a whole sheet of paper.

Good option for a way to augment the decorations on a cake to create shapes that would be otherwise difficult. It’s not going to add much from a taste perspective, but visually it does when used with edible food coloring/ink. The value per sheet is questionable so compare it with options.
