I’ve had this on my tile wall for 3 months now, using adhesive application. I love the look and the functionality is perfect. It took some getting used to when opening the rod to replace paper towel roll. It’s sturdy and paper towels roll smoothly.

It is perfect just what I was looking for. It is nice slick and clean looking and looks more expensive. Add very good looks to my kitchen. If you are looking for a nice beautiful towel holder, this is it.

We own a very old cottage and one that when built, didn't have the standard placement of the studs so they are not easily found. The old plastic paper towel holder we had was not screwed into the stud and after much use, finally broke free from the wall leaving holes and I just never got around to fixing it and replacing it so for the next several years, the paper towels sat on the counter taking up space.This item was a game changer! The package comes with both adhesive and screw in options. I used the adhesive and followed the instructions, super easy. I chose to hang it under the cabinet and it does the job. It is sturdy material as well! It looks nice, works lovely! My only regret is not finding it sooner.

I was replacing an older Simple Human holder that had come loose from the wall--it had been expensive and we put up with it way too long (the current model seems to eliminate most of the issues, but it's also expensive). The WXKALY looked like it would actually fit even the fat rolls and be much easier to replace the roll, and it definitely does and is! Installation (especially under the cabinet, which is not as instructed but I didn't want to deal with failing drywall anchors again) was difficult, but worth it. It is exactly as easy to replace the roll as I'd hoped and it seems really sturdy. My concern with the holders that are just one arm and the roll slides on are all the reviews saying it sagged or broke under the weight of the roll and tugging on the roll--with two arms like some of the toilet paper holders, this seems much less likely to have that issue. It's a lot longer than the roll, so there's extra rod visible, but if it were shorter the rotating 'lock' would be more difficult to use.The installation instructions are fine, but they don't come with a guide, so I ended up using junk mail to make one myself, which I strongly recommended no matter the install method because with the 2 pieces it's important to make sure it's level/straight--I put them together and basically did an outline, drew where the screws would go, and found the center to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. The screws that come with it are...cheap. They're 1 1/4", so WAY too long for under cabinet, so I didn't use them. The screws have little caps that screw onto the rims of the screws, but it appeared that the screws would have to be loose to be able the get the cap threads to catch the screw head threads, so I'm not sure they could be used. The included drywall anchors are trash. For the cabinet application, I used some 1/2" stainless screws I had on hand. They're small enough you'd barely notice them on the wall, but under the counter you'll never see them. Also to note, under the cabinet, if you have the rod swing forward, the holder needs to be placed far enough back to allow the roll to fit (too close and it gets squeezed by the lip on the front of the cabinet). And if it opens back, there holder needs to be far enough forward you can get the roll on without hitting the wall. I didn't use the included adhesive, so I have nothing to add regarding that.I'll update if there are any issues, but it seems sturdy enough and easy to use that I doubt any will be needed. My only complaints were lack of a guide (easy enough to make yourself) and the included screws and drywall anchors seemed too cheap, so I'd suggest getting some at the hardware store.
