I bought this because it's easier for me to use paper towels when I have guest over. I had tons of trifold paper towels, and I was just leaving them in a pile by the sink, and every time, it would get to be such a mess. It was driving me crazy, so I finally bought this, and it has been great. It's so easy to load up, and it works so smoothly. Paper towel isn't getting stuck in it at all, and it's great quality. I definitely recommend.
