I just purchased it and it doesn’t take up to 14 sheets and the worst after 15 minutes of shredding it overheats and you have to stop for a whole 30 minutes not worth it

I was skeptical of the claim that this shredder could actually reduce 14 sheets to crosscut waste, Ut did it easily and completely! This shredder is fast and does the job easily. The 6.6-gallon waste basket holds much more crosscut paper than many others!I can highly recommend this shredder!

This printer so far has worked great! It really does shred 14 sheets of paper although I bought this just for my home computer room. I bought this one for the price and the size of container(the bucket is large.) and the handle on the actual shredder so you can actually lift the shredder out of the bucket and gently knock off loose paper into bucket and not onto floor when I empty it. Which is nicer than trying to hold a shredder with no handles with a small bucket and emptying it.

I used this product 1 time. I tried 2 days later and still does not work. It is supposed to shred 14 sheets at a time and it is so narrow you can not shred 14 sheets. So I would like to return and change to a differentBrand name.

Best shredder ever!I work from home for a company that is very paper dependent and due to personal and Identifiable information on these papers I have to shred a lot! This shredder has held up like a champ! I can shred for long periods of time without it "overheating " and it doesn't feed slowly so I'm not sitting for unnecessarily long periods of time.Definitely a good value for sure, I've had it for about 8 months now and have shred stacks and stacks of paper without issues!

UPDATE! 9/27/22 Nivia from customer service reached out to me via email to apologize for the defective shredder and my disappointment with the product. They wanted to make things right and so offered to send me a free replacement to try out there product once more. I am very satisfied with their proactive customer service approach. I received the replacement shredder at no cost in addition to them issuing me a refund for the defective one. I have used the shredder now intermittently for about a month now and it seems to be holding up well. I gave this product 4 stars because of the excellent customer service I received. I will provide feedback on the shredder in four months if it is still operational. I would recommend this shredder. I've shredded at least 8 pages at a time to test it and it shreds fast and handles well. Paper does not get stuck; there is a reverse on it and the option to shred credit cards also.OLD POST: Stopped working after 4 months of intermittent use. I haven't even filled the 3 gallon trash bin with shreds and the darn thing is dead! I cannot return this because the window closed 1 month after purchase!

Update: 5/6/22 - Seller saw my review, reached out to me, after a few days I have a replacement unit. I'm bumping the stars to 5 to reflect sellers commitment to fixing issue. I'm hoping this replacement will last longer than 5 months. If it does break again, I'm hoping that I won't have any issues working with seller once more. Thanks Amy for the follow-up...*******I bought in November and used lightly. I should have known when that something more tragic would happen since back in December, it had already started acting up. It would not engaged when trying to shred anything but after disconnecting the power for at least an hour, it worked once again. This time around nothing! The green indicator light is on and it doesn't matter what I insert into the feeder and see the small lever engaging, the motor would not run. I contacted the vendor via Amazon but have not received any communication - VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I had a more than a decade old EPS-6IIX and that still works! Save your money and buy something else, unless the maker of this product stands behind their warranty.
